All UNUSED products purchased through www.torrchvapor.com may be returned for a full refund within fourteen (14) days following the date of purchase.
Devices purchased through an authorized Torrch or Green Tank Technology retailer will not be refunded by Torrch or Green Tank Technology; in such case, any refunds must be obtained from the authorized retailer from whom you purchased the device and will be subject to the retailer’s policy on refunds.
Conditions for Return
You may return an unused product purchased at www.torrchvapor.com within the above return period, subject to your compliance with the following conditions:
- You include all original packaging in like new condition;
- You include all accessories and documentation in undamaged, unused new condition;
- You include the product in undamaged, unused like new condition, and;
- You include a receipt documenting your purchase of the product at www.torrchvapor.com within the above return period.
How to Return your Product
To initiate your return, please use the following procedure:
Contact Green Tank Technologies Customer Support at support@greentanktech.com. You will be asked to provide the following:
(1) your order number;
(2) the product(s) you would like to return, and;
(3) the reason for the return. We’d love to hear your feedback!
After we receive your email, and have confirmed that your product is eligible for return, we will provide you with an electronic return label from UPS (for domestic orders) or FedEx (for international orders).
Print out the label and affix the label to the original Green Tank Technologies shipping box.
Include the product and all required items listed above in the section “Conditions for Return.”
The receipt of purchase must indicate the product to be returned, the price paid, and date of purchase.
Ship the package at your local UPS or FedEx drop-off location.
If possible, obtain a tracking # and email it to support@greentanktech.com. www.torrchvapor.com and Green Tank Technology is not responsible for any lost shipments.
